About the PLCA
The Pleasant Lake Civic Association (PLCA) is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and health of Pleasant Lake. We work to maintain clean, swimmable, and fishable waters through proactive stewardship, community engagement, and responsible lakefront management—protecting the lake for all who enjoy it today and for generations to come.
Membership & Community Support
Membership in PLCA is open to lakefront, channel front, and deeded lake access property owners who share a commitment to environmental stewardship and community care. Membership donations directly support initiatives that protect water quality and promote responsible lake use.
Community support is essential to our success. In addition to memberships, donations from residents and supporters help fund annual events such as the Fourth of July Fireworks, enhancing the quality of life around Pleasant Lake and strengthening community connections.

PLCA hosts regular meetings and encourages community participation. Meetings are typically held on the first Monday of each month, though dates may change. Current meeting information and updates are shared on our Facebook page.
